In 1964 the petitioner, Eldon Hunt, entered a plea of guilty in the circuit court of Macon County to an indictment charging him with the crime of indecent liberties with a child, and was sentenced to the penitentiary for a term of not less than I nor more than 20 years. In 1966 he filed a petition under the Post-Conviction Hearing Act...
