This is an appeal by the defendant Farnam from a decree of the trial court adjudicating that plaintiff's and defendant Larison's interests in certain logging equipment were superior to that of Farnam's. After appeal to this court the defendant Farnam assigned his interest in this litigation to his wife, Betty L. Farnam, and she was substituted in his place as a party defendant and appellant....
