Merwin E. Crowe, president of Meca Magnetics, Inc., was granted an award by the Industrial Commission for injuries he sustained while engaged in the business of the corporation. The award was affirmed by the circuit court of Champaign County. The corporation and United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company appeal directly to this court.
