This action was commenced in the District Court for Lane County where, after a trial, judgment for his costs and disbursements was entered in favor of the defendant, the respondent here. Plaintiff attempted to appeal from that judgment to the circuit court which, on motion, dismissed the appeal for want of jurisdiction.
