A person who signed as Barney Barnett gave worthless checks to Cal M, Inc., d/b/a Franciscan Hotel, hereafter termed Franciscan, and to Katherine A. Bruskas and Angelo Glenn, d/b/a Federal Bar, hereafter referred to as Federal Bar.
