LAWRENCE, District Judge.

Prudential seeks reformation of a group insurance policy and prays for interpleader among the contesting beneficiaries in respect to life insurance proceeds paid into the registry of this court by plaintiff.

The central issue is whether Prudential owes the beneficiaries (whoever they are) $12,000 or $40,000, the latter being the face amount of life insurance issued on the life of Thurston H. Bennett as shown...
