This is an appeal from a judgment entered by the district court, sitting in admiralty, in favor of Puerto Rico Drydock & Marine Terminals (Drydock) on its claim for labor and materials used in repairing the tanker ELAINE, managed by Maritime Overseas Corporation (Maritime).

The ELAINE sustained grounding damage in early June 1966, in Florida waters, and arrived at Drydock's facilities in San Juan on June 15, 1966 for examination...
