OPINION

BATJER, Justice.

Upon a motion by the respondent, Jack K. Leavitt, the trial court granted summary judgment and declared that NRS 625.180 through 625.210 inclusive, and NRS 625.520, were void and unconsitutional on the grounds that they are an illegal delegation of legislative authority.
