This is a declaratory judgment action brought by Andrew Eisele, doing business as Zero Internal Gauge Company, manufacturer of the accused device, to declare all six claims of defendant, John P. St. Amour's, patent 2,998,656 of September 5, 1961 invalid and to declare all six claims thereof to be not infringed by the manufacture and sale of plaintiff of his bore concentricity...
