Plaintiff-appellee Delk sued defendants-appellants, Oren Parmeter and wife, alleging an express oral contract was entered into between plaintiff and defendants to construct certain improvements upon defendants' residence and alleging that defendants agreed to pay plaintiff the cost of said improvements and a contractor's fee of $2,500.00.
