This appeal is from a take-nothing judgment rendered after jury trial against Melquiades G. Salcido, plaintiff below, in favor of Abernathy Bates, defendant below.

Salcido sued Bates to recover damages for personal injuries and property damage sustained as a result of an automobile collision which occurred on August 4, 1965 at about 8:30 p. m. Prior to the collision plaintiff-appellant Salcido was driving his Cadillac automobile...
