This appeal is from the decision of the Board of Appeals affirming the examiner's rejection of claims 27-29, 33-35, 38, 41, 42, 44-48 and 54 in appellants' application1 for "Storage Battery Construction and Method of Making Same" as obvious in view of certain prior art under 35 U.S.C. § 103. Claims 42 and 48 have been withdrawn from appeal.
