Petitioner Ho Yeh Sze seeks review pursuant to 8 U.S.C. Section 1105a of a final order of the Board of Immigration Appeals which dismissed his appeal from an order of a Special Inquiry Officer. The Special Inquiry Officer had found that petitioner was deportable under Section 241(a)(2) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, 8 U.S.C.
