This is a condemnation proceeding initiated by the City of Wichita Falls (appellant) against M. Z. and Bob B. Thompson and their respective wives (appellees), owners of the land involved which is situated in an area where plans for construction of Lake Arrowhead for a municipal water supply for appellant City was commenced in 1960.
