ONION, Judge.

This is an appeal from an order entered in a habeas corpus proceeding in the 12th District Court of Walker County remanding appellant to custody for extradition to the State of Nevada.

At the hearing the State introduced into evidence the Executive Warrant of the Governor of Texas, the requisition and supporting papers. These papers reflect that James Arthur Moore is charged in the State of Nevada with the offense of robbery...
