The defendant appeals a jury verdict convicting him of possession for sale and sale of intoxicating liquor without a license (PA 1933 [Ex Sess], No 8, as amended [MCLA, § 436.1 et seq.; Stat Ann 1957 Rev § 18.971 et seq.]).
