ONION, Judge.

The offense is Robbery by Assault; the punishment, enhanced under the provisions of Article 62, Vernon's Ann.P.C., life.

At the outset we find no merit in appellant's claim the court erred in overruling his plea to the jurisdiction of the trial court because of appellant's apprehension in Mexico and his unwillingness to return to Texas.
