This is a trespass to try title suit brought by respondent, J. R. Hanson, against various defendants, petitioners herein, with alternative pleadings against specific defendants, now petitioners, for construction of a deed with a mineral reservation for breach of warranty, estoppel to assert title, damages, and other incidental relief. The cause was tried before the court without a jury, and judgment was rendered by the trial judge against the petitioners...
