OPINION

NYE, Justice.

This is a suit based on an oral contract of insurance. The appellee Ricardo Herrera brought suit against defendants Export Insurance Company, Aviation Office of America, Inc., and L. R. Baker, doing business as L. R. Baker Insurance Agency, for actual damages based on the contract of insurance, and exemplary damages based on fraud. The jury awarded the full amount of the insurance loss of $15,500.00 and in addition $7,500.00 as exemplary...
