The plaintiffs below, H. E. Rains and wife, Agnes Gertrude Rains, sued Burke Hutson, defendant, alleging that Agnes Gertrude Rains sustained bodily injuries and property damage as a result of an automobile collision proximately caused by the negligence of such defendant.
