On March 22, 1966, Mrs. Sara Brannon, age 30, appellee herein, was operating a 1956 Chevrolet automobile, which was owned by her husband, Earnest Dean Brannon, within the city limits of Morrilton. Occupying the vehicle with appellee were her three small children. Mrs. Brannon was traveling west on Highway 64, and she stopped her automobile at the intersection of Cherokee Street.
