Plaintiff, A. J. Armstrong Company, Inc. (Armstrong) filed a complaint against Lincoln Finance and Thrift, Inc. (Lincoln) alleging that Lincoln was in default under the terms of a Loan and Security Agreement (Agreement) entered into on August 26, 1965.
