1. The first enumeration of error of the defendant Brown and that of the defendant Mullis both complained that the trial judge erred in overruling their general demurrers to the plaintiff's petition. In essence the defendants' positions in this regard are conflicting since each contends that the other's negligence intervened to break the chain of causal connection so far as judicial purposes are concerned.
