In this case the propriety of the action of the trial court in directing a verdict is questioned.

Appellants negotiated the purchase of a house in Paragould sometime prior to a conveyance to them on March 24, 1966. Appellees were the plumbing subcontractors engaged by the general contractor building the house. A part of their contract was the installation of a water heater therein.
