The appeal is from a judgment entered upon a jury verdict. Appellee-plaintiff sought both actual and punitive damages from appellant-defendant as a result of an automobile collision. The case was tried to a jury with a verdict in favor of appellee awarding him actual damages in the amount of $841.54 and punitive damages in the amount of $10,000.00. Appellant sought a new trial on several grounds, including the ground that the amount of punitive damages...
