Since 1951 plaintiffs have owned a tract of land approximately 27 acres in area in Lincoln County on Alsea Bay. Plaintiffs make their home on the property and operate there a trailer park. In recent years lands fronting on Alsea Bay and the Pacific Ocean and lying west of plaintiffs' property have been subdivided and platted. This development, known as Bayshore, contains 900 lots.
