These are four actions arising out of a collision on December 15, 1964 on Piscataqua Road in Dover between a Volkswagon operated by plaintiff Dorene A. Cormier, and a Ford Sedan operated by defendant Lloyd E. Conduff. Plaintiff Patricia A. Curry was a passenger in the Cormier vehicle. Francis H. Cormier and Patrick H.
