This is an appeal from denial of a writ of habeas corpus by the United States District Court for the District of Kansas. The appellant, William T. Miller, is presently serving a five year sentence in the United States Penitentiary at Leavenworth, Kansas, for a Dyer Act violation, 18 U.S.C. § 2312.
