Karnofsky, to Blaw-Knox Company, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Under it Blaw-Knox (BK) manufactured the Rotocel extractor and sued French Oil Mill Machinery Company, Piqua, Ohio, for infringement by French's product fashioned from patent No. 3,021,201 procured...
