The sole issue involved in this appeal from the Patent Office Board of Appeals1 is whether the claim on appeal complies with the requirements of 35 U.S.C. § 112, second paragraph.

That issue arises in an appeal from the decision of the board, adhered to on reconsideration, affirming the examiner's rejection of claim 7 of appellants' application.
