BLACKBIRD, Justice.

Defendant in error, hereinafter referred to as "plaintiff", was the driver of one of the two automobiles involved in a collision at a street intersection in Lawton. Plaintiff in error, hereinafter referred to as "defendant", was the driver of the other auto.
