BERRY, Justice.

This action was failed June 8, 1965, by plaintiff, Curt Brown Drilling Company, against Jo Chambers, Joe Barclay, Spartan Petroleum Corporation and Halliburton Company, a corporation. Plaintiff asked judgment and enforcement of a lien upon a leasehold, in connection with services rendered under a written contract for reworking and reconditioning abandoned oil wells for the purpose of secondary recovery.
