On this appeal in a divorce action the only issue is which of the parties properly should have been awarded the custody of five children with an age range of 17 to 4 years. The oldest and the youngest are girls. The other three are boys. Just prior to the entry of the divorce judgment the older daughter requested that she be permitted to live with appellant, her mother.
