This action charges conspiracy to defraud and fraud against the plaintiffs by the corporate defendant New Amsterdam Casualty Company and the three named defendants Keith Jones, his wife, Estelle Jones, and one Edward F. Egan. Defendant Egan is sued individually and as an agent of New Amsterdam Casualty Company, however, he resides without the jurisdiction of this court and he has not been served.
