The plaintiff, Remco Industries, Inc. (Remco), sues defendants Toyomenka, Inc. (Toyomenka) and Bert Gorman, Inc. (Gorman), for unfair competition and violation of § 43(a) of the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1125(a). The complaint seeks a permanent injunction and damages.
