This is an appeal from an order denying, without hearing, a pro se motion seeking post conviction relief under Rule 93, § 21-1-1(93), N.M.S.A. 1953.

Appellant was convicted of unlawful sale or delivery of a narcotic drug contrary to § 54-7-14, N.M.S.A., 1953. Basically, the appeal raises questions involving entrapment and the manner by which appellant was extradited from Arizona to New Mexico...
