This is an appeal from an order of the Superior Court of Seminole County admitting the will of Anna I. Cutsinger to probate, and appointing Jessie Dorsey, the executrix named therein, as executrix of said testator's estate. The principal beneficiaries in the will are certain of the testator's nieces.
