PER CURIAM:

The case is remanded to the District Court for the Southern District of California, Central Division, (Los Angeles) as the district and division existed immediately prior to September 18, 1966.

It would appear that the district court should vacate its judgment on Nelson and grant him a new trial in accordance with the per curiam opinion of the Supreme Court of the United States, Nelson v. United States, 392 U.S. 303
