The issues here are whether the Board of Appeals committed reversible error in affirming the examiner's rejection of claims 26-28 and 31-331 as based on a specification failing to comply with the requirements of 35 U.S.C. § 112 and as unpatentable in view of certain prior art under 35 U.S.C. § 103.
