PER CURIAM.

This alleged civil rights claim initially arose out of the arrest of the plaintiff in the Borough of Leechburgh, Pennsylvania on May 19, 1966 at about 5:30 A.M. According to plaintiff there were two girls (sisters) in his car, one seventeen years old, a minor, the other, nineteen years old, had reached her majority.
