A review of the present record has led us to the legal conclusion that the subject matter claimed in appellant's application1 would have been obvious when tested by the standards set forth in 35 U.S.C. § 103 and, hence, is unpatentable. Accordingly, the decision of the Patent Office Board of Appeals is affirmed.2
