These three actions, consolidated for the purpose of motion for summary judgment in each of the actions, seek recovery for injuries and damages sustained by the driver, a passenger, and the owner of an automobile manufactured by the defendant which, while being driven in the late afternoon of April 19, 1965, along State Highway 171 from James Island to Charleston, South Carolina, got out of control and crashed...
