Melvin Woolf, as plaintiff, brought a divorce action against Christina Woolf, the defendant, who filed a counterclaim for divorce. Judge Raymond Smith entered judgment of divorce on the counterclaim, finding that the plaintiff had been guilty of extreme and repeated cruelty.
