DENECKE, Justice.

Plaintiff slipped and fell in defendant's store. At the trial of the action for damages for injuries received from the fall the trial court granted Safeway's motion for an involuntary nonsuit, and plaintiff appeals.

The plaintiff entered the Safeway store, at Coquille, about noon in December. It was a rainy day. She slipped when she stepped on a wet area just inside the entrance. The floor covering was a commonly used type of asphalt tile...
