This action has been presented on stipulated facts which for purposes of this appeal may be summarized as follows.
Appellants, a husband and wife, were injured in a collision with an uninsured motorist. They prosecuted an action which resulted in default judgment against the uninsured motorist for $12,916.88, but the judgment was never satisfied.
