The plaintiff-husband, Richard Joseph Robben, received a favorable jury verdict in the sums of $7,000 "for personal injuries" and $736.10 "for property damage." The plaintiff-wife, Isao N. Robben, in Count II of the petition asked damages for the alleged deprivation "of the services, society, association and companionship of her said husband" resulting from personal injuries he sustained in the vehicular collision which bred this damage suit.
