The Deputy Commissioner of the Department of Labor entered a compensation order awarding him benefits under the Longshoremen's and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act, 33 U.S.C. § 901 et seq., for temporary total disability for a two-month period during which a bilateral lumbar dissectomy...
