Defendant was operating and plaintiff was riding in a boat on a lake in the State of Oklahoma when the craft struck an object allegedly resulting in personal injuries to plaintiff, who brought this suit for damages. Defendant filed a motion to dismiss based upon the assertion that the cause of action was barred under the applicable statutes of limitation.
