In this creditors' suit, instituted October 15, 1964 in an appropriate State court of West Virginia, notice was sent to the Small Business Administration on December 2, 1966 by the commissioner of reference, advising that he would proceed on December 19, 1966 to excute the decree requiring him to state the liens on the real estate involved in the suit.
