This appeal arises out of an action in the United States District Court for the Western District of Kentucky wherein the Court dismissed the substituted amended counterclaim and supplemented counterclaim of Elinore Sedley, defendant-appellant, in an action brought by All States Investors, Inc., plaintiff-appellee.
